Mrs. Curtis began teaching in the Hazelwood School District (St. Louis) in 1992. She also taught in Princeton, IL, and has advised education students at Bradley University. Mrs. Curtis has been teaching science at Germantown Hills Middle School since 2006. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois and a Master of Arts from Bradley University.
Mrs. Curtis grew up/currently resides in Germantown Hills. She is a Metamora High School graduate~GO REDBIRDS! She and her husband, Kedric, have three children: Aaron, Alison, and Kathryn, and one grandson, Calvin. Kedric is employed by Caterpillar and is the MTHS school board president. Mrs. Curtis loves her dogs, Louie and Augie, both rescue dogs.. Besides spending time with her family and Louie & Augie, Mrs. Curtis likes reading, walking, and watching The Big Bang Theory and Sherlock. Her favorite sports are baseball (St. Louis Cardinals!!), softball, and Redbird football. She adores anything that is the color green, Mexican food, Pepsi, and chocolate treats!
